Sprite Step-Off Contest – Atlanta, GA
If I told you that a bunch of white girls from Arkansas won a regional step contest in Atlanta, GA would you believe me? No.
Well they did.
Congrats to Zeta Tau Alpha: Epsilon from the University of Arkansas for putting it down and winning the $100,000 in the Sprite Step-Off Showdown southwest region. To quote the emcee after their performance “If you can step, YOU CAN STEP.”
I love step shows. Makes me want to go out and buy combat boots and put beats to all my conversations. The one thing I’ll say about these girls’ performance was for a minute there it looks like they stole the choreography directly from Stomp the Yard, but again, they pulled it off. Congrats girls, this beer is for you.
