The Downfall of Notre Dame
Notre Dame was once a proud and storied college program. But who’s at fault? Charlie Weis? No, he just couldn’t turn it around. Ty Willingham? No.. he was handed the keys to a Buick and asked to beat a Ferrari. Is it the 5 academic exceptions per year that Notre Dame took away (leading to Lou Holtz leaving)? Possibly… but I dont think so. So who is to blame?
Well… below is a very simple graphic explanation on why Notre Dame has become a lack-luster program compared to the Ferrari’s of the NCAA. I cant claim any responsibility for this, but its pretty informative.
Tim Tebow – Florida Gators

Colt McCoy – Texas Longhorns

Mark Sanchez – Southern California Trojans

Mathew Stafford – Georgia Bulldogs

and finally….
Jimmy Clausen – Notre Dame Fighting Irish

There just seems to be something different in the others compared to Jimmy Clausen’s… hmmmm. What are your thoughts?
